Release Notes

Deviant Electronics is the main solo project of producer Ciaran Walsh, from
Brighton, UK, who has also recorded as Solar Systems, Supertonic, Bunker Din,
‘Mok Systems, Ebb and Breach Of Space. Emerging out of the rave and free party
scene in the early/mid 90s, he became a regular headliner at leading UK trance
parties (Return To The Source, Otherworld) and played clubs and festivals
around the UK and Europe, also performing in Japan and the US.

After early releases under other names featuring elements of techno, trance,
ambient and IDM, Deviant Electronics took on the harder edged psychedelic
trance sound heard on the 1997 album “Brainwashing Is Childs Play” (Helix
Records) and earned a following within the Goa / Psy Trance scene, soon
signing with Blueroom Released. The album that followed, “Blunt Instruments”
(2000), showcased a very different sound, moving away from the dancefloor
towards a more diverse collage of intricately programmed beats and
atmospherics.

13 years after the release of “Blunt Instruments”, Deviant Electronics
returned in 2013, performing live and releasing “The Green Room” on the
Zion604 label, a collection of previously unreleased tracks and new material.

Stefanovski (Tesla Principle), was born in 1989 in a small city
of Krusevac, Serbia. He has been engaged in music since he was
14 until 2007 he played hard core music. He played the guitar
and sang for the band named ‘Divide Suffer’. In year 2007, he
attended a big trance party for the first time and since then
electronic music became the object of his intrests, psychedelic
trance specialy. From 2008 until 2011 he worked on a few small
unpublished projects. In the year 2012 he started intensive work
on the project called Tesla Principle. In the year 2013 he
released EP Morning After on Goa Records. Today, he make second
release of this project in Geomagnetic Records.
